The smart system is the beginning of a new kind of digital eBike future: In the latest generation of Bosch eBike Systems, all components are fully interconnected. The eBike Flow app is the hub – through it, you constantly get new functions for your eBike. You simply transfer updates for your components via Bluetooth. This way, your eBike remains up to date even after purchase, and continues to evolve.
The Bosch eBike system 2 was developed for limitless riding pleasure: It impresses with a wide range of components and functions – so everyone can find the right display, the right drive unit and the appropriate battery. For technical reasons, the Bosch eBike system is not available as a retrofit kit. A special frame is required to integrate the drive system in the bike. No, the components of the Bosch eBike system 2 and those of the smart system are not compatible with each other.For example, you cannot retrofit your Bosch eBike system 2 eBike with the LED Remote, the Kiox 300/Kiox 500, or the PowerTube 750.
